Thank you for choosing us! We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Oman Shipping: 5-7 business days
- GCC Shipping: 7-20 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping Option.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over 50 OMR within Oman .
Pre-Ordered Items
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- If you place a pre-order along with in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email@example.com] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

- تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات في غضون 1-7 أيام عمل.
- لا يتم شحن الطلبات في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات.
أساليب الشحن ونسب الشحن
- نقدم خيارات الشحن التالية عند السحب:
- عمان للشحن: 5-7 أيام عمل
- دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي للشحن: 7-20 يوم عمل
- يتم حساب تكاليف الشحن عند السحب استنادا إلى موقعك وخيار الشحن المحدد.
الشحن المجاني
- نقدم خدمات الشحن القياسية مجانا في حدود 50 عصرا داخل عمان .
العناصر المطلوبة مسبقا
- سيتم شحن الأصناف المطلوبة مسبقا بمجرد توفرها.
- إذا قمت بوضع طلب مسبق مع الأصناف الموجودة في المخزون، فسيتم شحن طلبك بالكامل معا عندما يكون الصنف المطلوب مسبقا متوفرا. إذا كنت ترغب في إستلام الأصناف الموجودة في المخزون في وقت أقرب، فالرجاء وضع أوامر منفصلة.
تأكيد التسليم
- بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى بريدا إلكترونيا للتأكيد يحتوي على رقم تعقب حتى تتمكن من مراقبة شحنتك.
العناصر المفقودة أو التالفة
- في حالة فقدان طلبك أو تلفه أثناء العبور، يرجى الاتصال بنا على [email@example.com] في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم التقديري. وسنعمل معكم على حل المسألة فورا.
